Service Warranty SOLCO BIOMEDICAL is devoted to customer satisfaction.

  • Free repair
    SOLCO is responsible for our products until the end.
    • If a product has defects in performance or function within the warranty period.
    • If the same defect occurs after a repair (within 1 year for mats, within 6 months for general products)
  • Paid repair
    If the product becomes defective due to the following reasons, customer will be charged even if the product is under the period of warranty.
    • when the warranty period has expired
    • Carelessness (if the product becomes defective due to moving, falling, shock, damage, or not following instructions)
    • Illegal modification without permission
    • Natural disaster (lightening, abnormal voltage, fire, earthquake, flood, tidal wave)
    • Replacing old parts
